Degree and Enrollment Verification

Degree and Enrollment Verifications can be obtained through www.degreeverify.org.  Fax requests are no longer accepted.

The Registrar's Office will process any form requiring a University seal.

Campus Location will process verifications for currently enrolled students that need:

  • Proof of attendance
  • Verify enrollment status for insurance or housing
  • Public assistance forms
  • Michigan Works! letter
  • Unemployment documents

In order to receive your enrollment verification, please complete the Authorization to Release Educational Information form.

Visit financial aid for any student financial aid related verifications.
