Dining Service Meal Plans & Blocks

NEW! - Commuter Lunch Blocks 

Commuters & DU Staff are welcome to purchase any of the meal plans at DUposit , but have the option to buy the NEW Commuter Lunch blocks.  They can be used any day for lunch (11a-1:30p) and provide a discount off the door price. 

• 50 block for $300  (25% off) 
• 30 block for $195  (22% off)
• 20 block for $135  (18% off)
• 10 block for $70  (12% off) 

Commuter lunch blocks may only be purchased through DUposit and can not be purchased through a department charge or with a pro-card. 

Once purchased you can use your student ID or Panther One card to swipe into the Dining Hall for your lunch.  

Required Housing Meal Plans 

• Unlimited Plan - Required for all first year students in South Hall, but available for everyone.  This plan allows students unlimited all-you-can-eat access to the Dining Hall during hours of operation.  It includes $100 dining dollars that may be used at the Victory Cafe and the Panther Den as well.  

• 14 Meal plan - This is the minimum required plan for returning students who are living in South Hall and is an up-grade option to all students living in Cook & Meijer.  This plan allows students to use 14 meal passes anytime throughout the week.  It also includes $150 dining dollars that may be used at the Victory Cafe or the Panther Den we well.  

• 120 Block Plan - This is the minimum required plan for for students living in Cook & Meijer.  This is the a declining balance plan.  You can use as many meals per day as you would like for you and your guests, but once the balance reaches zero, you will need to purchase additional meals.

Students on meal plans may not use meal plan passes to get guests and other students in. They may only be used for the student that purchased them.  They can use dining dollars, panther dollars, cash or credit to purchase Dining Hall access for guests.

Upgrades & Additional Meal blocks

• If you are running out of meals, you can purchase additional meal plans (available on DUposit).

• If 14 meals are not enough to get you through the week, you can upgrade your meal plans at anytime on DUposit.
