Over the past 40 years, Linda has taught at the high school, college, and corporate levels. She was chairperson of the Business Department at Stevenson High School, Livonia, and has taught at Cleary College, Oakland Community College, and Davenport University. Linda started as an adjunct instructor at Detroit College of Business in 1982 and then became a full-time faculty member in 1995.
Linda was part of the IT department at Oakwood Healthcare services and was instrumental in developing instructional documentation for staff training. She also taught at National TechTeam where she developed course curricula used at the TechTeam headquarters as well as onsite at Ford Motor Company World Headquarters.
Linda was the 2010 recipient of the Ty Wessell award and received the Faculty Award from Michigan Campus Compact in 2009. She is also the Experiential Learning Liaison (Southeast Michigan) for Davenport University and co-sponsors the 70 Nichols organization which provides assistance (primarily technology) to nonprofit organizations. She is an active member of the World Organization of Webmasters (WOW) and has created and maintains several websites.
