Over the past 30 years, Frank has held a broad scope of positions in marketing, sales, customer services, manufacturing, human resources and general management. He served as president and CEO of two manufacturing firms that produced contract office furniture and retail store fixtures. He was a VP in corporate account management for Herman Miller, Inc. and Haworth, Inc. For several years, he led a Market Development Group that included product planning/management, advanced product design, dealer development, education and training, merchandising design services and international market development.
Frank served in the USAF with tours of duty in Ohio, Virginia, OKINAWA, Missouri and Illinois. His assignments included three years as a support squadron commander, operating an air terminal 24/7/365 in Okinawa, Japan and three years as a major air command chief of publishing & administrative systems development.
In 2003, he joined the full-time staff at Davenport University as the Department Chair for Management, Marketing and International studies and now serves as the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Marketing, Management and International degree programs. He teaches strategic management, international business, organizational behavior and leadership development as well as operations management in the MBA, Executive MBA and upper level undergraduate degree programs.
