Linda Spang has taught at Davenport University for over nine years. She is responsible for the Health Service Administration, Medical Assistant, Medical Case Management, and Phlebotomy Programs. In addition, Linda has served on several university-wide committees.
Linda is a member of the State Bar of Michigan - Healthcare Law Section and a licensed paramedic in Michigan. Linda is also past president of the Michigan EMS Practitioners Association (fna Michigan Association of EMTs). Linda has served as the Michigan representative to the National Association of EMTS for EMS on the Hill Day in Washington, D.C.
Linda’s history in the legal arena includes working for Legal Aid of Mid-Michigan, State of Michigan Office of Attorney General - Healthcare Division, and managing her own law firm. Currently, Linda is pursuing a Master’s of Science in Bioethics and anticipates graduating in 2013.
