Linda Crosby, assistant professor of marketing, joined Davenport 15 years ago and serves as the online department coordinator for marketing, legal, and public safety management programs. She teaches undergraduate courses in foundations of marketing, professional selling, consumer and buyer behavior, and strategic marketing, as well as marketing strategies in the MBA program. In addition, Linda has developed a number of online marketing courses. Linda is passionate about including experiential learning in the classroom.
Prior to joining Davenport, Linda worked in various marketing capacities including sales, promotions management, and marketing management. She worked with companies such as Whirlpool, Dow Chemical, Procter & Gamble, American Management Association, Navistar, and Borg Warner Automotive. Linda is a member of the American Marketing Association.
Linda is also an institutional representative for the Quality Matters organization and is certified to perform quality reviews for online and hybrid courses. Within Davenport University, Linda has been involved with marketing program review and curriculum development. Linda is currently enrolled in a doctoral program in Social Impact Management at Walden University.
