Farmers Insurance Annual Scholarship

Eligible Campus: Where RMI Degree is offered

If you are a junior or senior and declared Risk Management and Insurance as your specialty for the Management BBA with a GPA of 3.5 or higher you may apply for the Farmers Insurance Annual Scholarship. For more information about eligibility criteria and award amounts click here. Please complete the essay and attach to your application. The essay must be 500-750 words typed, double-spaced. In addition to the essay, please include a review of your community service, number of hours of community service in the past or a letter of recommendation from the community service organization.

Describe how you plan to use your insurance education to build a successful career in insurance.

 

Mary Walsh Kole Memorial Nursing Scholarship
Eligible Campus: Midland

If you are a nursing major at the Midland campus, are enrolled in clinical courses (Level I or Level II), have satisfactory performance during the fall semester within the nursing sequence, have satisfactory standing in clinical rotation, and have an overall GPA of at least 2.5, you may be eligible to receive the Mary Walsh Kole Memorial Nursing Scholarship. Please attach the following essay to your application to be considered for this scholarship. Your essay must be typed and double-spaced. Remember to attach a reference letter from an extended care facility or nursing home if currently or previously employed. Note: BSN students and students on probation will not be considered.

Describe your commitment to long-term or geriatric nursing as a career goal.


Davenport University Northern Michigan Staff Annual Scholarship
Eligible Campus: Traverse City

If you are a returning Davenport student, earned a minimum GPA of 3.2, and have enrolled for at least 9 credit hours, you may be eligible for the Davenport University Northern Michigan Staff Annual Scholarship. Please attach the following essay to your application. The essay must be typed, double-spaced, and 350-600 words.
