Director of Housing and Residence Life
This position is responsible for providing vision, leadership and overall direction for Housing and Residence Life through management of residence facilities, programs and processes to intentionally create safe, comfortable and educationally purposeful environments focused on student learning and development.
MaryAnn Matzke is the Director of Housing and Residence Life. She received a B.A. in Communication from Aquinas College and a M.Ed. in Adult and Higher Education with an emphasis in College Student Affairs Leadership from Grand Valley State University. Residence Life Coordinators
Primary responsibilities of the Residence Life Coordinators include supervision of undergraduate resident assistant staff, student interaction and community development, coordination of housing judicial process, hall administrative functions, and collaboration with other University staff to assist students with a variety of programs and services.

Brittney Roden is the Residence Life Coordinator for Cook and Meijer Halls. Brittney received her B.S. in Spanish Education from Malone University. She is currently pursuing her Master's in Higher Education with a concentration in Student Affairs Administration at Tiffin University.

The Housing Coordinator oversees many aspects of the Housing Office, including occupancy management, room access, Housing Card support, communication, and serving as a resource for student questions and concerns. The Housing Coordinator is also responsible for overseeing the daily operations, administration, and programming of Panther Woods apartments.
Corey Miller is the Housing Coordinator for Davenport University. Corey received his B.A. in English, Philosophy, and History from Grand Valley State University, and acquired his M.S. in College Student Personnel from Arkansas Tech University.
