Davenport University has a variety of residential communities at the Lettinga campus. Whatever your fit, every hall offers state-of-the-art facilities for students wishing to live independently, while still enjoying the convenience of living on campus.

South Hall, which is reserved for new freshmen residents, rooms 373 students, offers social lounges and computers labs, and conveniently houses the University's dining hall. 
Cook and Meijer Hall provide full-kitchen, apartment style housing for 188 of our sophomore to senior class residents. Cook and Meijer sit in between the Student Activity Center and the Academic building for an easy walk to class and recreation.
Panther Woods Apartments offer a neighborhood community environment adjacent to the Athletic complex for 133 upperclassmen students. The apartments provide full-kitchens, and washer and dryers in each apartment!
