All internet based Davenport University IT services will be unavailable, Sunday, May 20 starting at 11 p.m. for a core maintenance process window. Those services include Banner, Davenport.edu, Blackboard, SupportSuite (CSC) and Davenportal. Email can be accessed here. The IT services will come back online starting Sunday, May 20 at 1 a.m. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

On May 4, Blackboard will undergo maintenance to install service pack 9.1 SP8. The system will go down at 6 p.m. on Friday, May 4 and be down until Monday, May 7.
Faculty, you are asked to plan accordingly during this time. Once Blackboard is back up on May 7, you will have five days to load your courses before students are added to the system.

On Thursday, April 12, the public website will undergo a basic security update. While we anticipate the update will not cause any issues on the website, we have protocols in place to make sure all functions such as forms, wysiwyg editors, and document uploading continue to work.
If after April 12, you notice a particular function not working correctly on the website, please contact CSC at x1212
