Android Instructions
To access wireless internet using an Android device, please follow the directions below. If you experience difficulties, call the Student Support Center: 1-877-899-1499 or send an email to csc@davenport.edu.
Step 1
In your settings, click on wireless and connect to the wireless network named du-secure. If a login appears and only asks for a password, that is actually a login for your local security on your phone. This is not your DU login, but something that you set up at one point.

Step 2
Now you should see settings to configure the wireless network. Under EAP method, set it to PEAP. Leave all other options as is.

Step 3
For this step, you will enter your normal DU username for Identity and your normal DU password. The Anonymous Identity field should be left blank. Click Connect

Optional
If you still have problems connecting, you may connect to the network called DU-Guest. However, this network is unsecure and has much slower data speeds. The DU-Guest network will require a few items of information before you are able to connect.
