iPhone/iPad Instructions

To register your Apple iPhone or iPad on the Davenport University wireless network, please follow the directions below. If you experience difficulties, call the Student Support Center: 1-877-899-1499 or send an email to csc@davenport.edu.

Step 1

Click on the Settings icon and navigate to Wi-Fi. Be sure Wi-Fi is on. Choose du-secure on the list of available networks.

Step 2

A login prompt will now appear. Enter your regular DU login username and password. This is typically your first initial and last name, such as "jpublic". Please note: more common names may have incremental digits following the username such as "jsmith19".

Step 3

After successful login, you need to accept the certificate. Click on Accept next to Not Verified when the certificate window pops up.

Optional

If problems persist, you may connect to the network called DU-Guest. However, this network is unsecure and has much slower data speeds. The DU-Guest network will require a few items of information before you are able to connect.
