Dr. Rundhaug is recognized as an exceptional leader in the areas of organizational leadership and development. He possesses skills in communication, research, analysis, strategic planning processes and development. Daniel excels in both leadership and management skillsets, being able to create and communicate visionary direction as well implementing the necessary strategies to see the vision become a reality. Daniel’s quality work will be detailed-oriented and people-centered.

Daniel has had a wide breadth of experience in providing value to clients through content creation, facilitation and consultative services as exemplified through:

  • Teaming and coaching training for a global aeronautics manufacturer
  • Leadership training for a global engineering and electronics corporation
  • Leadership development and strategic planning training for a global footwear
    manufacturer
  • Leadership development program and facilitation for a Midwest-region automotive dealer group
  • Corporate university development and implementation for a regional bank
  • Leadership development facilitation for a regional commercial real estate firm

Business/Organizational Leadership Experience

As Director of Facilitation and Corporate Learning, Daniel’s primary responsibilities are to create strong partnerships and collaborate with corporate clients and professional working groups including executive leadership level and staff to identify needs through assessment to develop, plan and deliver customized training solutions and curriculum in support of clients’ strategic goals, mission, vision and values. Additionally, Daniel serves clients to manage the development of learning solutions and evaluate program effectiveness to maximize performance and attainment of individual, departmental and organizational goals.

Daniel served as the executive with a nonprofit organization in Hudsonville, Michigan for twelve years. In this role, Daniel functioned as the COO of the organization , with leadership responsibilities in leadership development, management, communication, strategic planning and development.

Daniel is also credentialed as an adjunct professor at Davenport University in the Donald W. Main College of Business.
