Foundations of Leadership
According to John Maxwell, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.” This at least highlights the importance of this vital topic to any organization’s success. As a skill, everyone has the ability to increase his or her leadership capacity. You have the power to turn on or turn off the productivity of the people who work for you and around you. You are the crucial interface between the employee on the shop floor or the service desk and the managers of the organization. It takes more experience and more skill to lead employees and others, making leadership a trait that management looks for when hiring and promoting their best.
