The Society of Human Resource Management is the world's largest association devoted to human resource management. Davenport University is a preferred provider of the SHRM Learning System® course. If you are ready to become a certified HR professional, we encourage you to look into our fall course offerings. As a certified professional you will also be eligible to add new SHRM certification to your list of credentials at no cost beginning January 1, 2015. If you do not pass your exam prior to January 2015 and you purchased the current SHRM Learning System, SHRM will provide the updated 2015 SHRM Learning System for the new SHRM certification – at no cost --in preparation for the new exam.
The SHRM Learning Systems is designed for human resource professionals who want to:
- Prepare for the PHR or SPHR exam (see eligibility requirements below)
- Enhance career potential and professional status
- Learn Human Resource management concepts and theory
- Learn practical lessons from working HR professionals
Wondering about the new SHRM certification?
All HR professionals with existing generalist certifications (PHR, SPHR, GPHR, HRBP or HRMP) in good standing will be eligible for the new SHRM certification on January 1, 2015, by taking an online tutorial. Earn your PHR/SPHR by January 31, 2015 and become eligible for the new SHRM certification starting in January 2015 for free!
