Billing a Third Party

In some instances, Davenport University will bill a third party sponsor, such as a government agency or employer, for charges on a student's behalf.

If an employer is reimbursing the student directly, this is not considered a third-party sponsor, and the student will need to set-up a payment plan [1].

If payment is not received from a third-party sponsor, the student is responsible for payment. 

All vouchers are subject to review and must include the following:

  1. Student Name
  2. Student ID#
  3. Semester(s)/Academic Year Covered
  4. Authorization Amount for tuition and/or fees, books (if applicable)
  5. Course Name (if applicable)
  6. Third Party name, billing address, contact person, and telephone number
