Process Based Management

Developing a culture of measurement, empowerment, and continuous improvement. 

The Process Improvement department provides tools and training to faculty and staff to improve performance. Through the Process Based Management (PBM) model, teams focus on meeting and exceeding the needs of students and other key stakeholders.

  • Designing processes to meet student and stakeholder needs
  • Managing processes and monitoring performance to ensure student and stakeholder needs are continually met  
  • Improving processes that fall short of student & stakeholder expectations
