Front Desk Staff

The Front Desk [1] [PDF] is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Duties of the Front Desk Staff include:

  • mail distribution
  • registering guests
  • maintenance work orders
  • checking out board games and athletic equipment
  • serving as a resource for resident questions
  • assisting in security of the building

There is a Front Desk in the first floor lobby of Cook Hall (616-554-4858) and in the first floor lobby of South Hall (616-871-6750).
