Residence Hall Policies

Students who choose to live in the residence halls must be enrolled full-time at Davenport University (minimum 12 credit hours per semester). All residents must complete and abide by the Housing Agreement, which includes the policies and procedures set forth in the Housing and Residence Life Handbook [1] [PDF] listed below as well as the Student Code of Conduct [2] [PDF] and the Non-Academic Policies [3] [PDF] available through Student Affairs [4].
