Prometric offers exams and certifications for many organizations (sponsors) including many IT certification exams from sponsors such as Microsoft. To see a complete list of sponsors and their exams offered by Prometric, please check the Prometric Web site [1], select the sponsor and follow the instructions. To see if Davenport is authorized to administer an exam, after selecting a sponsor, click on the "Schedule" or "Get Started" buttons and proceed through the instructions until you are able to see the available testing sites. These tests are offered to both DU students and external candidates.
Prometric exams are only offered at the Grand Rapids W. A. Lettinga campus [2]. For Test Center hours click here [3].
Candidates must schedule their exams on the Prometric website [4]. Registration FAQs [5].
All cancellations and rescheduling must be done 24 hours before the scheduled testing appointment or risk forfeiture of payment. Go to the Prometric website [6] to reschedule or cancel. Call Prometric Candidate Care with any questions: (800) 775-3926.
Tests vary in length. Check the Prometric web site [7] for the length of the exam you wish to take.
Varies by test, check test provider's website (e.g. Microsoft). Your score report should also direct you to more information.
ID requirements vary by test. Most often primary and secondary IDs are required, both containing signatures. When you register, you will receive an e-mail from Prometric explaining ID requirements. Common acceptable forms of ID include:
Primary ID - must have photo and signature; non-expired
Most tests require secondary ID - must be the original and contain a signature
Unacceptable IDs for most exams
For most exams, immediate results displayed and a printout is provided for candidate. Results FAQs [8].
