Software Requirements

Minimum Software Requirements 

When purchasing a computer, it is important to consider the compatibility and ease of use with other computers. Therefore, students should be aware of the software applications considered standard at Davenport University.

These include the following: 

  • Microsoft Office 2007 Professional (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Mac users will need to have Microsoft Office 2008 or 2011, which is the Mac equivalent to the PC version.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 9
