MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, MARKETING CONCENTRATION    39 CREDITS      MKT CON MBA
This concentration is designed for both professionals who desire to advance and entry level professionals who desire to grow in the dynamic and challenging marketing profession.  The program is intended for those who want to keep up with emerging trends in marketing such as multicultural marketing, strategic brand marketing, entrepreneurial marketing, and emerging marketing media.

Davenport's Master of Business Administration with concentrations requires a minimum of 39 credit hours leading to an MBA. The student should complete the core requirements prior to proceeding to concentration courses.

Prerequisite Requirements
All students admitted into the Davenport University MBA are expected to have the necessary business foundations prior to entering the 600-level courses. Students without an earned grade of C or better within the last eight years in undergraduate course work in the areas of accounting, finance, management, marketing and statistics will be required to take prerequisite courses (500-level). Students who score below 4.0 on the analytical writing section of the GMAT will be required to take MGMT535 Managerial Communications.
