Balanced Scorecard

...know where we are and where we are going!

2013 - 2014 Scorecards:   University  |  Campus  |  College  |  EVP  |  Department

The Balanced Scorecard is used to measure our progress toward our Vision.  The University BSC measures represent DU's Five Focus Areas: Student Success, Operational Excellence, Workforce Engagement, Community Involvement, & Financial Viability.  The measures were selected by the Leadership Team and approved by the Board of Trustees.

College and Campus BSC measures cascade from the University BSC and were selected by the College Deans and Campus Directors.  Department BSC measures are aligned with the University BSC and were selected by department leaders and their team members.

Institutional Research will populate many of the monthly University, College, Campus, and EVP measures.  Departments will update their BSCs by the 15th of each month.
