In pursuing the BAS in Information and Computer Security the student must have completed coursework in college mathematics, computer systems foundations, and computer security.

In order to meet Davenport University residency requirements students must complete a minimum of 30 credit hours which must include 7 upper-level CISP course, NETW325, CISP497S and INTD499. It is highly recommended that the courses listed above be completed at Davenport University in order to meet this residency requirement. If an equivalent course was taken previously, another course may be chosen from those listed.

Students must complete a minimum total of 120 semester credit hours to earn a Bachelor of Applied Science Computer Information Systems degree. The total credit hours will include the completed 3 year diploma classes plus any courses completed through Davenport University.
