A medical/veterinary student or alumnus who is attending or has attended St. Joseph’s College of Maine

If you have successfully completed a course (B or better) at St. Joseph’s College of Maine, you may be automatically admitted into the MBA program at Davenport and eligible to earn up to 15 transferable credits towards your MBA at Davenport.

To complete your admissions file, please submit the following:

• Official undergraduate and graduate transcripts
  • Davenport will request and receive your medical/veterinary school undergraduate and graduate transcripts that are on file at your medical school. To allow DU access to your records:
    • Print out and complete the Authorization to Release Educational Records form (pdf download). Scan and email to Amy.Ostrow@davenport.edu, or fax the form to her at 616-742-2076 or 800-811-2658.
  • If the most current copies of your official transcripts are not available, please request them.
  • Please request your official transcript from St. Joseph’s College.

Official transcripts must be sent directly from the institution to Davenport.

Davenport also will accept faxed official transcripts as long as the transcript is faxed with a cover sheet from the school’s Registrar. These transcripts may be faxed to Davenport’s Registrar at 616-732-1150.
