mission: 
The Davenport University Advisory Council (UAC) is devoted to furthering the University Mission by providing a forum for discussion on ideas, issues and opportunities which will enhance the DU experience for all its constituents - students, staff, faculty, administrators and partners.

University Advisory Council:

Furthers the University Mission by providing a forum for discussion on ideas, issues and opportunities to enhance the DU experience for all constituents.

Consists of a broad representation of members (faculty including adjuncts, staff, students and administrators elected by their functional areas and campuses).

Discusses ideas and makes recommendations to the Provost and EVP for Organizational Development who then submits them to the University President.

Advises the University President on University matters and informs their respective functional areas of meetings, recommendations and outcomes.

Acts as a forum to discuss issues and express views or topics of concern.
