Conduct Process

Conduct Process

An Individual Student Hearing is conducted by staff from the Center for Campus Life. They are trained in university policy and procedures regarding the Student Code, and work to assist students through this developmental process.

The Hearing Officer is charged with hearing a student or student organization's conduct case, clarifying events and actions, and determining if a violation of the Student Code of Conduct has occurred.  If a student is found responsible for violating a Student Code of Conduct policy, the Hearing Officer is also charged with determining appropriate sanctioning for the violation.
