All reports will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. Sexual assault or rape, intimate partner violence or dating violence, gender-based discrimination, sexual harassement, and stalking are violations of Title IX, state law, and Davenport University's Code of Conduct.

If you have been a victim of sexual assault or rape, intimate partner violence or dating violence, gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, or stalking and would like to report an incident to the University you may do so by filling out an incident report here. If you would like to report on behalf of another member of the Davenport University community, you may do so at the same link.

You may also report an incident of sexual assault or rape, intimate partner violence or dating violence, gender-based discrimination, sexual harassement, and stalking by contacting a Title IX Coordinator, or, Davenport University's Public Safety Staff or Local Law Enforcement:
