About the program:

  • 100% online
  • students take three classes, each three credits, for nine total college credits upon completion
  • 100% tuition coverage depending on state funding eligibility
  • Classes include the following courses, plus one career path course
INTD 100 - Career Education Seminar
  • Exposes students to career planning and development
  • Helps students evaluate their abilities and interests to develop an educational and career pathway toward those goals
  • Students will learn how to improve their academic skills with critical thinking, study techniques and test-taking strategies
COMM 120 - Presentation Techniques
  • This course introduces and applies the theories and principles of effective communication
  • Students learn to organize and present, clear, logical messages to specific audiences
  • Students will develop confidence in public speaking and increase their ability to inform and persuade listeners

Student orientation (mandatory):

Once you’ve been accepted and registered for the program, attending the Orientation will be your next step. This session will connect you with other students in the program and will guide you through what it takes to be successful with the online platform.  You’ll also have a chance to talk with industry professionals about their own college-to-career journeys. 

Classes start:

INTD 100: October 28, 2019 to December 14, 2019
COMM 120: January 6, 2020 to February 22, 2020
Career Path Course: March 2, 2020 to April 18, 2020
