Are you taking Online or RTV courses? If so, you are taking courses through the Global Campus, and as a Global Campus student you have access to all of the services and tools as students who attend classes at a campus. 

Some services and expectations are specific to the Global Campus and online learning:

  • Academic Calendar - List of important dates regarding Online courses.
  • Access for Students with Disabilities - Davenport University is committed to serving all students with disabilities both in and out of the classroom. Davenport University is committed to analyzing the appropriate application of any and all auxiliary aids or services based on the individual needs of students on a case-by-case basis.  Any student with a documented disability is eligible to request services through Student Access.
  • Academic Testing Accomodations - Students with disabilities who need academic testing accommodations while attending Davenport University will receive reasonable accommodations to meet their individual needs as well as advocacy assistance on disability-related issues.
  • Advising/Degree Planning - Academic advising promotes student academic success and individual potential through an intentional and collaborative partnership with each student.
  • Bookstore - The bookstore is here to serve the students enrolled at Davenport University. We offer a wide variety of options to help fulfill all your book, apparel and merchandise needs. From the bookstore located at the W.A. Lettinga Campus to the Online Bookstore, Online Spirit Store and the traveling bookstore, we assist DU students across the country.
  • Career Services - Career Services is dedicated to coaching students and alumni to become capable and experienced professionals.  We empower them to pursue their career goals while contributing to the local community and global economy.
  • Financial Aid & Scholarships - The Financial Aid Department awards financial aid to qualifying students and offers guidance through the financial aid process to help you make your educational dreams a reality.
  • Library Services - Davenport University Libraries are centers of learning, facilitating the educational journeys of students, staff and faculty.
  • Global Campus Life - There are many opportunities for online students to participate in Student Organizations.  Davenport uses OrgSync to catalog our "Registered Student Organizations" (RSOs).  If you find an organization without online representation, please click "Profile" on the organization's page and email the RSO Advisor or call your advisor for help.
  • Military Student Services -You've been there for your country.  Now, we're here for you.  As a Military Service Member, Veteran, or dependent, you have a large number of resources at your disposal here at Davenport University.
  • Tech Support - Contact Davenport University’s Student Support Center (616-732-1212) by phone or visit our support portal to find answers to frequently asked questions, submit a support ticket, or utilize our Live Chat support.
  • Tutoring - Davenport University’s Tutoring Centers provide free tutoring via google hangout.  Click here for a list of online tutors by topic.  Note that undergraduate tutoring is not offered for Accounting class above 350 and tutoring is only offered for 500 level graduate classes.
  • Writing Resources - AP citation help and video's on how to format your paper.  Need someone to review your paper for content?  Contact one of the writing tutors who will review papers for ANY class including graduate.  Remember to have your paper reviewed before it is due.  We also recommend that you install Gammarly.com, a free or low-cost grammar and spell check app that you can add to your browser or windows.
