As part of the Information Technology Services (ITS) team, we are here to help you with your technology concerns and challenges in the most efficient and effective manner. We use a variety of tools and processes to diagnose and solve your issues, and our team members cover many areas of expertise.

Customer Support Center

The Customer Support Center is the central place for Davenport University faculty and staff to get help with technology (software and hardware related) problems.

Keeping You Updated

All issues called into the Support Center are recorded in "Support Suite", a tracking and reporting system. This allows us to update you on the status and resolution of the issues you've brought to us and lets us track recurring issues to serve you better in the future.  From any Davenport computer you may click on the "DU IT Support" icon () next to the start button to check on the status of any IT news/outages.
