In this 1-day workshop, you will learn to make stable decisions and get results through effective communication by managing your emotions.

Leaders who have developed a high emotional intelligence are able to facilitate high levels of productivity and collaboration. Become a leader that can leverage the ability to sense, understand, and apply the power of emotion.

Participants complete the Emotional Quotient Assessment™ prior to attending the course to empower a personal understanding of EQ.
