As the Training and Development Assistant level II, Catalina is responsible for providing overall support of the training and development team int the implementation of university employee training. In addition she plays a key role in managing the GREAT customer service feedback site and assure accurate and timely data collection.



Catalina has her Associates in Business Administration. She started Davenport January of 2015 and is currently working towards a BBA in Human Resource Management. Upon Graduation Catalina would like to continue her studies and get an MBA.
