Role:

She currently serves as the Director of Faculty Learning at Davenport University, a multi-campus professional school that prepares students for careers in Business, Technology, and Healthcare.  In this role, Dr. Dutkiewicz aligns university-wide development initiatives with academic needs to provide professional development opportunities for faculty in all stages of their careers.  

Bio:

Dr. Keri Dutkiewicz has been actively involved with Organizational Development and Training for over 20 years, first as a senior leader at an e-learning and performance management company then in higher education.  She has been teaching online and working to develop sustainable learning initiatives that include online learning components since the mid-1990’s.  During this time, she has worked as an instructional designer, e-learning consultant, and large-scale online learning systems designer for clients in academia and the Fortune 100.

Her passion is working to make connections between people and ideas that can have a transformational impact on individuals, organizations, and communities.  Keri serves on Davenport University’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and the Military Advisory Board; both initiatives have the goal of increasing student success and organizational performance.  As a faculty member, her teaching and research focuses on student engagement in study abroad, instructor motivation, online learning, and Diversity.  In addition to facilitating study abroad programs in Mongolia, China, and India, Dr. Dutkiewicz  has taught online, blended, and in-seat courses in Professional Writing, Composition, Literature, Interdisciplinary Humanities and Global Cultures at a community college, 4-year private liberal arts college, research university and Davenport. She is active in her community and currently serves on the Board of Directors of several nonprofit organizations, including Sunny Crest Youth Ranch.
