As the Executive Director of Performance Excellence Lynda is responsible for identifying and directing the design, planning and implementation of organizational strategic processes and learning initiatives to empower employees and ensure their maximum effectiveness and contribution to meeting organizational goals.
Since 1990, Lynda has held various leadership positions in admissions, recruiting and learning and development at DU. She is passionate about helping employees achieve their personal and professional goals by providing skill development and coaching. Lynda specializes in delivering new employee training, DiSC behavioral style training, presentation skills, change management, team building, sales training and manager/leadership development. Lynda holds several certifications including: 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Crucial Conversations, Emotional Intelligence Assessment (EQi), and Center for Creative Leadership Assessment and Development Through Coaching Lynda enjoys ballroom dancing with her husband and spending time with her two amazing kids.
