On November 4, more than 225 alumni, staff, faculty, students, and friends gathered to break ground on the new Donald W. Maine College of Business building on the W.A. Lettinga campus. The new three-story, 60,000-square-foot facility will house nearly 20 classrooms, a central hub space for discussion and collaboration, open-office concept for faculty and staff and the new Entrepreneurship Center’s business accelerator program. But, better yet, the facility will allow students to act as business people in a business-like environment. The building is set to open in December 2016, in time for the Winter 2017 semester.
