Students new to living on campus at Davenport are required to live in South Hall, a traditional residence hall that features our dining hall. All residence halls are co-ed by suite and each student occupies a private bedroom. You may also choose between different types of rooms (Single, Double, Quad Suites), depending on availability.

Residence Hall Requirements

First-year students living beyond 45 miles from campus are strongly encouraged to live in the residence halls.  Students who choose to live in the residence halls must be enrolled full-time at Davenport University (minimum 12 credit hours per semester) and abide by the Housing Agreement.  All residents are required to have a meal plan while living on campus.
