Stephan Roth 

Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Information Technology Services 

Stephan Roth serves as chief information officer and vice president of Information Technology Services at Davenport University, a role he has held since November 2022. As a member of the President’s Council, he helps shape institutional strategy, cross-divisional planning and university-wide resource decisions, aligning Davenport’s technology roadmap with its academic, enrollment and operational priorities. 

Roth joined Davenport in 2000 and has since held a series of progressively senior roles in information technology. He has led the transformation of Information Technology Services from a transactional service organization into a strategic institutional partner. 

He holds a Master of Business Administration in strategic management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in electronic commerce from Davenport University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Western Michigan University.
