South Hall is a residence hall for first-year students that offers suites with shared and private bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a living room. Located just steps away from classes, and home to the university's dining hall, South Hall offers its residents spacious and modern living at the heart of campus.

Parking: All first-year students can have a car on campus and park for free

Bedroom dimensions: 8'6" x 10'10"

Furniture included: Twin XL mattress, desk, desk chair, dresser, couch, dining table and dining chairs

Appliances included: Mini-fridge and microwave

Laundry: Laundry facilities are free and conveniently located throughout the residence hall

Network connectivity: Wireless and wired network ports, as well as cable connections, are included in each bedroom and the living room

Meal plan required: The unlimited meal plan is required for all first-year students living in South and Cook Hall. This plan allows student's unlimited all you can eat access to the Dining Hall during hours of operation and includes dining dollars

South Hall accommodations: Adjustable air conditioning, keyless entry card readers, lounges and computer rooms are located throughout the hall
